Massage is only recommended for smooth surface implant; textured surface
implant does not require massage.
Massage should begin 5-7 days after surgery. It must be given 4 times a day
for 3~6 months after surgery in order to prevent complications such as
capsular contracture and to enhance fast recovery.

1. You must follow the massage instruction from
our hospital.
2. It is to prevent contracture of tissue surrounding the implants;
thus you must massage your breasts
as if you were making space for the implants.
3. You may experience pain during massage
for 2 weeks.
4. Massage therapy is very important in order
to achieve the best result after surgery.
