수술방법

■ Ideal Height of Nose


Angle between nose bridge and forehead: 115~135 degrees
Angle between columella and philtrum angle: 95~105 degrees

Flat nose may cause one’s face wider and being lack of dimensional effect. Furthermore, it can also make featureless and flat look which could cause blunt appearance. Nose augmentation on flat nose can create defined and 3 dimensional appearance.

Nose Augmentation Procedure


■ Length and Height of Nose

Level of adjustments is determined based on the proportional balance.


■ Nose Bridge

A natural-looking shape is crafted with implants that are chosen with consideration of the skin thickness and width of bone.


■ Nose Tip

Autologous cartilage is grafted in order to avoid redness or skin thinning on the tip. Slightly upturned tip makes the nose more attractive from the frontal and side angle.

  • 1. A space to insert an implant is secured between the skin and cartilage.
  • 2. Appropriate implant material is inserted to form a desired nose shape.
  • 3. Autologous cartilage graft is sometimes performed on the tip to keep bridge and the tip in balance.
