Q: Can Lateral Hotz be performed on the eyes where lateral corner extension is inoperable?
A: Yes. In case of sunken eyes, there might not be enough space to make the extension. If the outer corner extension is operated on such eyes, it might result in unnatural appearance with redness around the bare skin. Thus, Lateral Hotz is considerable to be done together to improve the possible awkward result.
