  • 1. Design the desired shape of double eyelid fold and make a mark on eyelid.
  • 2. Make an incision along the designed fold line.
  • 3. Resect and remove suitable amount of saggy skin, muscle and fat.
  • 4. Make adhesion of eyelid skin and levator muscle to create double eyelid.
