Male Breast Reduction (Gynecomastia)

Gynecomastia is an abnormal development
of mammary glands in male breasts.
There is no harm in daily life,
but appearance may cause stress
in individual when he has to go
for swimming or public spa. The condition usually
occurs in adolescence and mostly disappears before adulthood,
but if duration for such condition is over 2 years,
correction for gynecomastia should be considered.

Surgical Method of Male Breast Reduction

Gynecomastia with adipose tissue
can be corrected by liposuction, but removal
of mammary glands must beperformed with
liposuction if breasts are consisted
of adipose tissue and mammary glands.

Thoroughly remove entire mammary glands
after removing excess fat via liposuction
through 0.5cm incision on either
armpits or below the breasts.
